These terms explain the core conditions for products, prices, payment, delivery, cancellation and responsibilities in online orders.

Order and payment

The order is processed after customer details and the selected payment method are verified.

Standard shipping or an eligible VIP courier window is used. The selected VIP window is saved with the order.

The customer must provide accurate contact/address details and complete age and agreement confirmations.
